A good light show follows the performance. It gives a live band presence, helps a DJ build the energy and makes the dancefloor feel like somewhere guests want to be. Union & Co plans lighting around the music, the room and the atmosphere you want, from the first entrance to the last set.

We look at where performers will stand, what guests will see from around the room and how the stage sits alongside dining and other activity. Colour, movement and quieter lighting moments all have a part to play. Your first dance may call for something very different from the party that follows it.

We work collaboratively with bands, DJs, planners and venue teams, agreeing the important cues and technical requirements in advance. Our approach is practical and human: listen to the people involved, explain the plan clearly and put care into the details that help a performance land.
