A wedding is a gathering of people who matter to you, with its own atmosphere, traditions and moments you will remember. Union & Co designs the lighting, sound, staging and dancefloors around that experience. We begin by listening: how you want the day to feel, what you love about the venue and which details mean the most.

Production connects the different parts of the celebration. Ceremony sound helps guests share the words and music; lighting changes the room for dinner; a considered stage and dancefloor bring the evening together. We talk through those moments as one plan, working with your planner, venue, stylists and performers so each supplier understands how their part fits.

Our technicians are approachable people who care about events. We explain choices clearly, welcome questions and take pride in preparation and the finished result. You can come to us with a detailed design or an early idea. We will help shape a practical production brief, agree the requirements and keep the decisions connected to your wedding.
