A destination wedding should still feel unmistakably yours. Union & Co brings its production approach to celebrations across mainland Europe, planning lighting, sound, staging and dancefloors around the setting and the people travelling to celebrate with you. We begin with the experience you want and the events taking place across the trip.

The practical planning includes the venue, local suppliers, transport, access and the time available for installation. We discuss what needs to travel, what can be coordinated locally and how production will move between the ceremony, reception and any additional celebrations. Responsibilities and timings need to be clear across the whole team.

Our work for Bill and Anna’s castle wedding in Italy brought together three days of production, from a welcome evening to the ceremony, reception and pool party. That case study shows how a detailed technical plan can support a very personal celebration. Our ethos stays the same wherever the event takes place: listen carefully, communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
