Indian weddings can bring together several celebrations, each with its own people, music and purpose. Union & Co plans lighting, sound, staging and dancefloors around the events you are hosting, from the mandap ceremony to the reception. We start by understanding your family’s priorities and the experience you want to create.

A production plan needs to account for the spaces in use, the ceremony and entertainment requirements and the movement between events. We discuss the layout, guest sightlines, entrances and performance areas with your planner and relevant suppliers. If a room needs to change between celebrations, the timing and responsibilities are agreed as part of the preparation.

Our technicians work collaboratively with mandap suppliers, decorators, musicians and venue teams. We explain the options in plain language and treat questions as part of getting the job right. The aim is considered production that reflects your celebration, delivered by people who care about the people at its centre.
