A marquee gives you the opportunity to create a wedding setting around your own plans. It also means the production needs to be considered alongside the structure and the site from the beginning. Union & Co brings lighting, sound, staging and dancefloor planning into that conversation, with the guest experience as the starting point.

We discuss the marquee layout, dining and dancing areas, entrances and the position of the band or DJ. Power, installation access, fixing arrangements and the wider site need coordination with the marquee and venue teams. Lighting can help the space change through the day, while sound and staging are planned for the performances and words guests need to hear.

We want the planning to feel collaborative. Our technicians listen to your ideas, explain the practical choices and work considerately with the people building and styling the space. From an early sketch to a detailed brief, we help bring the visual ambition and the delivery plan together.
