Union & Co can support your wedding at DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa with lighting, sound and staging planned around the people and the celebration. Tell us what matters to you, and we will work with you and your suppliers to shape the production.

For a Jewish celebration, we would discuss the chuppah, speeches and dancing as connected moments. The band’s technical requirements and the room layout would help us plan the stage, dancefloor and sound without losing sight of guest comfort.

Words that stay

Every celebration tells a story.

Here's what our clients remember most.

  • Union & Co supported Jam Hot Showband at our marquee wedding, and they truly bought the space to life. The lighting was of course incredible, but the pièce de résistance was the confetti cannons! The crowds went wild every time they went off and we have the most wonderful first dance picture in the world, with thanks to you! Thank you Paul! You and your team are quite simply the best!

  • Union & Co supported Jam Hot at our wedding. The band itself was epic and this was highlighted further by the exceptional lighting and sound provided. The venue in question was a botanical gardens and set up was breath-taking (photos to be added) Sound was also very good, partnering with the band exceptionally well.

    Event Type: Wedding (Botanical Gardens)

  • WOW WOW WOW — thank you so much for the most incredible night! We wanted to thank you all for everything that you did for us at our wedding. Having not booked a band and all the extras before we were a bit worried, but the moment we got off the first call with you we knew we were in the safest pair of hands. I have been getting so many messages for people who were totally blown away by the whole production, it was absolutely the highlight of the day. The dance floor was rammed all night which was perfect, with the music and the light show just making the whole party vibe even better. We are so grateful for all the time and effort that you put into it. It was absolutely incredible, and I just wish that we could do it all again! Thank you again for everything!

  • Union & Co’s production team supported the band, Jam Hot, that we had hired to perform at our wedding on 3rd Oct 2025. The Union & Co team are professional, timely and love to see you and your guests having fun. The sound levels at our venue was restricted and team worked around this to ensure they still delivered the best experience and party for all of us. I would highly recommend Union & Co without a doubt. Thank you for being part of making our wedding ‘Secret Singers’ after dinner and later, the main wedding reception, into a truly memorable one. We have the best memories of the day.

  • Union & Co made our son and daughter in law’s wedding spectacular. Paul and Devon were very responsive to our needs and they made the lead up to the wedding very easy for us. On the wedding day itself, the crew arrived early and the set up was seamless and the venue was transformed into something absolutely magical. Devon and the Union & Co team were just outstanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event and will certainly be using their services again in the future.

  • We used Union & Co for our wedding in Italy, and they were absolutely incredible. While our wedding planner handled all of the day-to-day with Paul and his team, our personal experience over the wedding weekend itself could not have been better — we honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. They brought our vision to life beautifully, and even when unexpected weather caused chaos, they handled everything with calm professionalism and still delivered flawlessly. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and from our perspective as bride and groom, the whole process felt seamless. Thanks guys!!

  • Incredible! They worked seamlessly with the band/ performers to produce nothing short of what you’d get at a professional concert! Everything was simply perfect from the lightning, to the confetti to the quality of sound — hands down the best production we and any of our guests have seen! Highly recommend

  • Fantastic AV company — they ran the PA and lights for an event my band played at. In the lead up to the night they were super-responsive and helpful to my questions. On the night, the setup was quick and efficient, and they made sure that each band member got a perfect IEM mix. Front of house sounded great, loads of positive comments from the crowd.
