A private party should feel like the people hosting it. Union & Co plans lighting, sound, staging and dancefloors around your occasion, guest list and ideas, whether you are gathering close friends or creating a larger celebration. We begin with what you want the evening to feel like.

We discuss the venue, the food and entertainment, any speeches or surprises and how the atmosphere should change. A relaxed arrival may need a different lighting and sound approach from the party later on. Thinking about the whole running order helps the production feel connected and gives the other suppliers a clear plan to work with.

Our technicians are approachable and collaborative. You can share a reference, describe a mood or tell us what has not worked at events you have attended. We will explain the practical options, coordinate with your team and put care into the preparation and finish.
